Digital Identity in Focus
With eIDAS 2.0 the EU is working on a unified digital identity that will enable cross-border authentication facilitate, but at the same time raises new questions: How can security and user-friendliness unite? What role do decentralized identities or AI-supported authorization systems in the future? And what does that mean specifically for companies and authorities? What risks arise? What best practices are there? And how can companies best prepare themselves?
These are exactly the questions we will be discussing at the IAM Expert Summit 2025, which will take place on March 27 in Vienna. Digital identity is no longer a marginal issue - it is at the heart of IT security, data protection and regulatory requirements. The event offers a comprehensive overview of the current state of digital identity in the EU and also critically questions it.
