Before you start
We will prepare everything for you – your team and your fellow are already looking forward to meeting you. Before you start with us, we will invite you to the first team events and a week before you start you will receive an e-mail with information for your first day.

Your first day
We welcome you and you have the opportunity to get to know your first colleagues. After that, you will receive your fully configured laptop and cell phone. Together we will then go to lunch. The rest of the day will be dedicated to Ventum Consulting essentials, such as HR information and processes.

The first weeks
Your team will take you into the day-to-day business right from the start, while your Fellow will introduce you to your colleagues. You will receive background information on the project from your lead. In addition, you can network in our Foundation, receive further professional training and get to know company-specific details.
